Our estate planning services offer a very economical way to make sure all of your estate planning needs are addressed. For a flat fee of $250.00 for a single person or $395.00 for a married couple, we offer a package of documents we will prepare as your needs dictate. This includes any or all of the following documents you may need, with the most common highlighted:

• Will (can include a trust for minor beneficiaries)
• Personal property memorandum
• Living will
• Durable power of attorney for health care
• Durable limited power of attorney
• General power of attorney
• Funeral and burial letter
• Community property agreement
• Registration in the State of Idaho will registry (an additional $10.00 registry fee per will applies)

     The process is simple. Upon your request, we will send you a copy of our estate planning questionnaire. When you are ready to proceed, you simply return the questionnaire along with your pre-payment of the applicable fee, and we draft the necessary documents. We then schedule a short meeting with you to review your documents, followed by a signing ceremony in which we execute the documents.

     This estate planning package pricing only applies to individuals or couples with a combined estate of less than $1,000,000.00 (will increase to $1,500,000.00 on January 1, 2004).
