Joseph
P. Filicetti received a B.A. in philosophy from Washington
State University in 1984. He attended the University of
Idaho College of Law, where he received his J.D. in 1987.
During law school, he clerked for Second District Judge
John H. Bengtson. Upon graduation, Mr. Filicetti practiced
as a Deputy Ada County Prosecuting Attorney, where he
focused on drug and repeat offender prosecution. From
1996 through 1998, he served as Boise Police Legal Counsel.
He founded Filicetti Law Office in November of 1998 and
currently practices in the areas of personal injury, employment
law, general civil litigation, and defense of police officers
in line of duty incidents. Mr. Filicetti has served as
legislative counsel to the Idaho Prosecuting Attorneys'
Association, and was the founder of the Law Enforcement
Legislative Council and the Ada County Domestic Violence
Work Group. He has trained law enforcement officers throughout
the Northwest and has drafted/lobbied over fifty pieces
of legislation in the Idaho Legislature.

Joseph
D. Mallet received B.A. degrees in English and History
from the University of Idaho in 1991. After working in
the construction industry, he attended the University
of Idaho College of Law where he received his J.D. in
1998. Upon graduation, Mr. Mallet served as a law clerk
to the District Judge Michael McLaughlin, then as an associate
with a local Boise law firm. He currently practices in
the areas of construction law, general business, water
law, estate planning, personal injury, and general civil
litigation.

J. Myers

J. Myers received his B.A. summa cum laude, in Prelaw
from Bob Jones University in 1982. He attended the University
of Chicago Graduate School of Public Policy (M.A.
in 1984)
and the University of Chicago Law School, where he received
his J.D. in 1986. Upon graduation, he clerked for
Hon.
J. Owen Forrester (United States District Court, N.D.
Ga.) from 1986-88. He currently practices in the areas
of personal injury, employment law, general civil litigation,
and defense of police officers in line of duty incidents.
He is admitted to the state courts of Idaho and Georgia,
the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals
(11th Cir., 1st Cir., 2nd Cir., 6th Cir., 9th Cir.) and
