trained law enforcement officers for the past sixteen years in
areas including
search and seizure, arrests, confessions, drug investigation/prosecution,
methamphetamine labs, testifying in court, use of force,
and surviving critical incidents. Mr. Filicetti has written and/or
lobbied the
passage of nearly 50 pieces of law enforcement legislation.
He is the Idaho State Fraternal Order of Police Legal Counsel.
He
has nine years experience as a felony prosecutor in drug
and repeat offender prosecution, three years as Boise Police Legal
Counsel,
and five years in the private defense of police officers.
He has defended over 40 officers in line of duty critical incidents,
and
has defended hundreds of peace officers in internal affairs
investigations and proceedings. Mr. Mallet has both training and
experience in
administrative defense of police officers. He has also handled
a number of internal affairs cases as well as police employment
cases. Mr. Myers has extensive administrative and civil litigation
experience over the past seventeen years in practice.
